Stephen Shearin, a parent himself, manages the overall operations on the site. When he's not working with the teams to assist with design or content, he's dreaming up new ways to ride his giant chicken through the streets of Paris.

Kent, a father of two lovely girls, is responsible for the actual building of the site. From writing complex code to all of that other fun stuff programers do, Kent has created an "easy to use" system, loaded with features, for MommyTalk.com's members.
